Addy is helping James get his two handled kite up. We had a great time flying the kites. It was windy and there was a bit of chill in the air, but it was great to be with my family!

This is what you do when your kids let go of the handle! This happened a total of three times. The last time it was Caleb who let go. The wind took off with his kite and James, Caleb and Addy had to go and find it. I was left to reel in the kite Addy had been using. I was still reeling it in when they came back with Caleb's kite! Man were my arms tired!

Funny Kaity Sayings
There is only one funny Kaity saying today....We have been doing a new devotional book in the morning and with this new book we are memorizing a scripture. This weeks scripture is Genesis 1:1. Instead of Genesis Kaity keeps saying Jesus 1:1.
Couldn't Fool Her....
A few weeks ago James was ironing some patches onto Kaity's Cubby Vest. Unfortunately the vest burned so that evening we bought one to replace the burned one. Today I finally got around to putting the patches in place and handed it to Kaity to put in her bag. She immediately noticed a few differences in this new vest. See we didn't tell her about the burned vest because we knew it would devastate her. She kept finding differences though and I finally had to tell her what happened. There weren't any tears. She just said..did you tell Mr. Jim Thank You for me! Funny girl we couldn't just slip the new vest in without an explanation.

Praise the Lord!
We are very please to announce that James will be returning to work on Monday. Over the past two months we have had to fully rely on God. He, as always, has been amazing in how well he provides. He provided first our family that provided much emotional support. He also allowed us to see the many friends that we have gained here in Wichita. Thank you to you all who surrounded us in prayer. We have also, over the past two weeks. been blessed by anonymous! We see your gifts as blessings from God. We thank you very much!
